I'm very passionate about Croatia, and love coffee almost as much. Coffee in Croatia is so much more than the cup. Any coffee bar in Zagreb is filled with people meeting, doing business, and everything in-between (pandemic permitting!).
'KAVA' is a concept for a traditional Croatian coffee house, with new mockups which take into account the changing landscape (for example an app to order coffee, and paper cups for takeaway service (coffee is usually consumed on-site, pre-pandemic).

I used a commercial-free font called Salonika but have adapted some letters to re-produce the Croatian alphabet.
